She is a native Neapolitan, and an unabashed proponent of the relaxed and refined quality of living the area provides. I offer my second-generation Real Estate Agent background and lifetime of insider’s knowledge about where to find the right accommodations fitting with each individual’s personal taste.
What I loved about growing up in Naples and still love today is the opportunity to be outside and on the beach or on the
water all year long. My dad and I hunted quail in what is now Pelican Bay, and my family fished from the shore, cooked buckets of shrimp in Gulf water, and had dinners on the beach. As an athlete I swam always in outdoor pools as a member of the Royal Poinciana Country Club team that competed throughout South Florida. Then again, shopping for clothes meant trips to Fort Myers or Miami, there were few restaurants, and the only movie theater was in an old Quonset hut where you couldn’t hear the soundtrack when it rained.
I went away to college, and returned with my husband Lance. Both of our daughters, Caroline and Whitney, were born and raised here and reside here as active members of the community, and we believe in giving back. For many years I served on the boards of organizations that develop life skills and provide housing for those in need. We continue to be thankful for living in an area with the advantages of unbeatable weather and beaches, which are now supplemented with the area’s many offerings in fine dining and shopping, golfing, tennis, musical and theatrical performances, art galleries, and plenty of movie theaters – all of this and many beautiful residential structures, with the growth accomplished tastefully and in the spirit of maintaining comfortable surroundings.
My career in real estate began in 1995 working with my mother, Ramona Quayle, who was one of the top agents in the area for 35 years with the Lutgert Companies which developed Park Shore and own what is now Premier Sotheby’s International Realty. Dinner conversations when I was growing up often featured the next beachfront building to be released, and the interesting people who were looking at properties. My daughter Whitney, who also heard “realty talk” often as a girl, is now working with me at Premier Sotheby’s, adding a third generation to the profession.
As one of the top-producing agents in beachfront sales, I have been afforded my share of accolades and awards, and with that success comes an understanding that what really counts is what I do for each and every person going forward. I take pride in my ability to listen effectively to what my clients have to say and devise a property search that is carefully tailored on that basis. Each situation is exclusive and requires a creative approach to match. My understanding of the history and qualities that make Naples such a special place, coupled with extensive product knowledge and experience selling the Naples beachfront, give me a unique perspective that I take pleasure in sharing with my clients.
