In 1984, The Lutgert Companies founded Park Shore Properties to represent its luxury residential property interests in Park Shore. Under the leadership of Scott F. Lutgert, the brokerage quickly established a reputation for representing the finest properties in Southwest Florida and for providing an unparalleled level of service and professionalism. Ten years later, Park Shore Properties was renamed Premier Properties of Southwest Florida to reflect its representation of luxury properties throughout Collier and southern Lee counties. The company joined the Sotheby's international Realty network in 2010 to offer its clients additional exposure in an increasingly global and competitive real estate marketplace.
